GENERAL APPLICATION

The interested party or the authorized person on presentation of the necessary identification.

Via the online administrative procedures on the URV's intranet or the URV online registry.

Please check the general considerations for submitting applications and documentation.

When:

Whenever the interested party should decide to do so, as long as there is no set deadline.

How:

Resolution of the application:

Who:

The authorized body.

When:

As soon as possible. The resolution regarding the application will be taken and notified within a maximum period of 3 months from the date on which the application was entered into the official registry of the URV. (Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques).

How:

Students will ideally be notified by electronic media of the decision for certain procedures.

Alternatively, they may be notified by:

  • Certified letter with proof of receipt sent to the interested party at the address detailed in the application.
  • Collection of the notification in person by the interested party, who must sign to confirm receipt thereof.

If there are any differences between translations, the Catalan version prevails.
