The URV participates in and leads numerous research projects with partners from all over the world, an international collaboration that grows with the recruitment of talent, through doctoral programs and the recruitment of research staff.

In this sense, it has the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) seal, which certifies that the institution carries out fair recruitment practices and provides attractive career opportunities for research staff.
