Participation of the DOW/URV Chair of Sustainable Development at the URV Science Week 2012.
This activity can be made upon reservation by the Secondary Schools of the Camp de Tarragona and Terras de l'Ebre, some Wednesdays on October, November and December.
This is a board game to explore the social and environmental impact of banking, investment and business, and learn to make more responsible and ethical decisions related to your money management.
Objective:
- Learning as personal savings and investments affect other people, the whole planet and the economy.
- Understand the pros and cons of investment and savings rates, and levels of financial, social and environmental risk.
- Being able to make decisions in a more informed and ethical way about social and environmentally responsible investments.
- Understand how money can be a tool for achieving sustainable development.
