Curriculum vitae
Born in Bilbao (Biscay) in 1972, I hold a degree in Labour Rights (1993) and a degree in Law (1997), both from the URV. I also studied a Master's Degree in Management and Local Law at the UAB.
My career has been closely tied to the URV. I started work even before I finished my studies (with a scholarship) and I have now been involved in student support for 25 years, particularly in the area of job opportunities and internships.
I worked as an expert in employability and career opportunities between 1997 and 2015, where I have managed services such as the Job Bank and the Employment Forum, the aim of which is to help URV students and alumni find jobs.
From 2016 to 2022 I was head of the Student Office, where I coordinated programmes on entrance exams, policies for recruiting students for bachelor's and master's degrees, relations with secondary education institutions, student participation and representation, student scholarships and grants, employment and career guidance, and the Alumni URV. Throughout this time I was secretary of the Commissioner's Office for Students and University Community.
Between 2010 and 2019 I was a member of the Work Council for Managerial, Administration and Service Staff. Among other things, I was a member of the work groups who wrote the Organisational Structure Manual and the regulations governing working days, timetables, permits, leaves of absence and holidays of the managerial, administration and service staff.
