Commissioner for Relations with the Education Department

The Office of the Commissioner for Relations with the Education Department aims to establish more direct and continuous contact with that Department in order to improve its response to the needs of teaching programmes linked to schools and promote the creation of joint projects aimed at improving the Bachelor Degrees in Education. As a member of the University's Admissions Committee, the Commissioner aims to act as a bridge to enable admission of the most vulnerable groups in society, promote the University's activities with secondary schools, and collaborate with the university's scientific outreach activities.
Currículum Vitae
I was born in Reus in 1977.
I began my research activities in the CREA research group of the University of Barcelona in 1998.
I became an adjunct lecturer at the URV in 2006 and have been a senior lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology since 2014.
I am a researcher in the Research Methodology with a Social Impact consolidated research group (MEDIS) (2017 SGR 1674) and have been Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Social Education since 2016. I am coordinator of the core subject Society, Family and Education on the Bachelor's Degrees in Education. I have been a lecturer on the Interuniversity Master's Degree in Women's, Gender and Citizenship Studies and am responsible for coordinating internships on the Master's Degree in Innovation in Social and Educational Intervention in the Faculty of Legal Sciences.
I have led numerous European and national projects (for example, for the Spanish R+D+I National Plan) and have been a member of several projects for the European Framework Programme and H2020. I am the author of several publications in indexed journals (index h = 13) on social inclusion through education, successful educational actions, and overcoming gender violence, etc.
