Purpose

The purpose for which the data are collected is to administer requests for AGAUR loans to fund the cost of registration. This administration involves processing, controlling, monitoring, analysis and managing non-payment, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and the Council relating to the protection of physical persons and the processing of their personal data and the free circulation of these personal data.

For the sole purpose of processing your application for a loan to pay your registration fees, the URV’s Academic Management Service will share your data with the AGAUR (the entity that administers the loan programme), which will also share them with the funding body. This data sharing is necessary and essential for processing your funding application.
