What benefits does APS offer to collaborating organizations?

It offers you the opportunity to contribute to the training of a generation of citizens and professionals with a strong social commitment.
It allows you to improve the environment by enriching and innovating programs with the support of the University.
You will promote collaborative work between students, the community, and faculty.
It helps identify URV as your university.

Who can be a collaborating organization?

Collaborating organizations can be any collective, entity, association, NGO, or public institution, as long as the following requirements are met:

  • The direct or indirect beneficiaries of the actions must primarily be individuals or groups in a situation of social vulnerability or at risk of being in such a situation.
  • Entities or institutions whose goal is the achievement of general or community interest can also be beneficiaries of the service.
  • The activity carried out by the students must be non-profit.
  • The activity carried out by the students must not create unfair competition in the professional sector. To ensure this, it is essential that the service recipient understands that the student is performing a learning activity as part of their university education, meaning that mistakes may be made, and the final product may not be satisfactory. URV ensures the quality of the service, but is not committed to providing a professional service through APS.

It is also recommended that:

  • Whenever possible, any products derived from the activity be made publicly available free of charge.
