Master's Thesis: Communication plan for the youth of the Tarragonès region

• Community organization: Tarragonès Youth Council.
• Summary: This experience from the academic year 2017-18 consisted of proposing a regional communication plan to publicize services for young people. The work involved evaluating the organization's target audience, the tools at their disposal, the staff and the tasks they carry out. Subsequently, a proposal for communication was made, staff were trained and the proposed communication actions were regularly evaluated.

Master's Thesis: Redefining strategic communication on social media

• Community organization: Tarragona Provincial Red Cross.
• Summary: This final master's thesis, undertaken during the academic year 2021-22, is part of the Strategic Communication programme and will provide an x-ray of NGO communication, taking the Tarragona Red Cross (CRT) as a case study. The analysis focuses on the study of the intangible assets that characterize the NGO and that make the CRT attractive and recognized, both by collaborators and current volunteers.
