AURORA MOBILITY PROGRAMME
WHAT IS AURORA?
Aurora is a consortium of relevant universities in research, deeply committed to the social impact of its actions and involved with the communities in its territory. Aurora's activity began in 2016 with the overview of influencing social change through academic excellence and research. Aurora's other key priorities are to promote diversity and inclusion and to involve students in leading innovation processes in teaching and learning. The URV joined this network in 2019.
In 2020, Aurora received a major boost by being recognised as one of the 41 European university alliances (European Universities Initiative). This was a turning point from which it entered a new phase of cooperation in teaching and research. As part of this initiative, we receive financial support from the European Commission through the Erasmus+ and Horizon programmes.
