STEPS TO FOLLOW TO DO AN INTERNATIONAL TRAINEESHIP
- 1. FIND A COMPANY / INSTITUTION
You can use the places list offered in our updated website, as well as consult the portals and search engines that publish international traineeships opportunities.
As soon as you have a confirmed destination company, it is essential that the company write you a Letter of Acceptance.
- 2. PARTICIPATE IN THE CORRESPONDING CALL
In October, in every academic year, the call for international mobility for the next course is opened.

If you want to do a traineeship mobility abroad, but none of the dates of the international mobility calls is okay for you, you can still do it if your center allows it. For more information go to section: Mobility Out of Call.
- 3. CONTACT YOUR STUDIES’ MOBILITY COORDINATOR
The mobility coordinators are the people in charge of guiding you and recommending you destinations, companies or experiences for your future mobility, as well as the future of your professional career.
They are also the ones responsible for making the acceptance of applications, so we recommend to talk to them about your intention to go abroad.
- 4. PUBLICATION OF THE ASSIGNED PLACES
Check if you have been selected to do international traineeships and fill the Online Acceptance, as stipulated in the call in which you have participated.
- 5. CARRY OUT THE RELEVANT PROCEDURES
Once you have the assigned place, you have to make all the mandatory procedures for the call: Learning agreement, Stay Certificate, etc.
- 6. PREPARE YOUR STAY
Now is the time to collect all the information you need to prepare your stay abroad.
Think about the language of the destination, the standard of living, the currency, the different areas of the town to look for a residence, etc.
