This procedure is only for new students of the 2024-25 academic year and those students who have NEVER had a CarnetURV. All other requests will be handled exclusively through the website www.urv.cat/carnet-urv

- Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
