Bourouis Chebata, Mahmoud
Mahmoud Bourouis`s research interests include absorption chillers and heat pumps, heat and mass transfer intensification, refrigerants, membrane contactors and miniaturization. He has performed several investigations into heat and mass transfer in absorbers and generators using different configurations and fluid mixtures. A significant part of this research was focused on the use of plate heat exchangers and membrane-based contactors with ammonia/lithium nitrate and water/lithium bromide as working pairs. He has supervised 9 doctoral theses and is currently supervising 6.
