Fadil, Dalal
Dr. Dalal Fadil is currently postdoctoral researcher at universitat Rovira I Virgili in Tarragona in Spain. She obtained Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships for multidisciplinary research project covering wide aspect from the synthesis and characterization of two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials until the nanofabrication and radio frequency characterization of high frequency Field Effect Transistor HF-FET for gas sensor applications. Dr. Dalal Fadil obtained her PhD in field of Electronics Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics from University of Caen in France. Then, she was Assistant Professor at university of Rouen in France and her research activities was about reliability and failure analysis of GaN-based High Electron Mobility Transistors. After that, she was selected as postdoctoral fellow at university of Texas at El Paso in USA. She has participated to set new laboratory in parallel to synthesize and characterize 2D nanomaterials for optoelectronic devices. In 2016, she joined Institute of Electronics Microelectronics and Nanotechnology at university of Lille in France and has participated to EU-Project GRAPHENE FLAGSHIP in nanofabrication and characterization of High Frequency Graphene FET.
Project: High Frequency FETs for gas sensing (reference: 2021MFP-COFUND-6)
