Hernández Lara, Ana Beatriz 

Ana Beatriz Hernández-Lara is Senior Lecturer of Strategic Management and Head of the Department of Business Management at Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain). She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Universidad de Sevilla, a Master in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and obtained her PhD at Pablo de Olavide University (Spain) in 2007 about the influence of corporate governance on innovation in Spanish companies. Her research lines are related to corporate governance, innovation, internationalisation, the tourism sector and topics of e-learning. She currently participates in different research groups and projects about the internasionalization process of Spanish firms and innovation strategies. Her main studies have been published in journals like the International Journal of Manpower, Journal of Management Development, Computers in Human Behaviour, or Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, among others.
