Redondo Sama, Gisela
Gisela Redondo-Sama is a Ramon y Cajal Fellow at the Department of Pedagogy (Rovira i Virgili University), and has been Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge and Research Associate at Wolfson College in Cambridge. Her research interests focus on dialogic leadership, community participation and school improvement, to explore the potentialities of education to transform societies in democratic ways. Dr. Redondo-Sama has published on leadership, sociology of education, gender, vulnerable groups and social media, among other topics, in journals such as Plos One, Teachers College Record, Qualitative Inquiry, Sustainability, International Sociology, or Qualitative Health Research. Furthermore, among other research projects, she has participated in the INCLUD-ED project, the only socioeconomic sciences and humanities research included by the European Commission in its list of 10 successful researches.
