Solé Ollé, Jordi
Dr. Jordi Solé is a senior researcher in the fields of climate, environment, ecology and energy. PhD in Applied Physics by the Politechnic University of Catalonia. He participated in 21 scientific projects, being leader in four of them. He has written 54 publications (32 of them peer reviewed), and other publications and is reviewer in 7 international journals. He participated in more than 50 national and international scientific conferences. He co-avised two doctoral thesis, is currently co-advising a PhD and has been a member of courts and DEA thesis and has 14 years of master and undergraduate teaching experience coordinating several subjects (at Autonomous University of Barcelona, Polytechnic University of Catalonia and University of Barcelona). He has published several outreach articles and has participated in various news media (radio, television and print) and has also a blog in Catalan on energy/environment related issues and its implications for society.
