Valverde Aparicio, Mireia

Mireia Valverde is Full Professor of Human Resource Management in the Department of Business Management at Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Her main research interests lies in the study of the roles of different actors involved in HRM, both inside the organization (top and line management, HR specialists) and outside (HR services providers), as well as in investigating the processes of implementation of new organisational policies and practices. She has written about 50 papers in ranked journals. She has supervised 11 doctoral theses to date and is actively involved in the provision of training programs for doctoral students and supervisors as a member of the group for doctoral professionalization at the URV.
