Personal Academic Transcript for Internships

  • DESCRIPTION: The Personal Academic Transcript for Internships is a document that contains specific information relating to an internship that the student has carried out during their studies. The information is taken from the URV's records. When the internship subject has been passed via credit recognition, the Personal Academic Transcript for Internships cannot be issued.
 

Application procedure

Who

The interested party or the authorized person on presentation of the necessary identification.

Where

Via the online administrative procedures on the URV's intranet or the URV online registry.

When

At the student's request.

How

Students must present the following documentation:

Contents

  • Personal details

  • Qualification details

  • Name and type of subject, number of credits, grade and exam session (for internships completed as part of the degree)

  • Faculty/School/Institution where internship took place, academic year and period

  • Number of days and hours completed, if applicable

Cost

In accordance with the current Decree on prices, the student must pay the corresponding fee issued by the Secretary's Office.

Observations

  • Before requesting the transcript, the student can check if the information they require can be found in the specific internship agreement that they signed before starting the internship.
  • The student may request the transcript in Catalan and Spanish.

  • Students who have transferred their academic transcripts to another university/course cannot apply for the issuance of their transcripts from the Faculty/School where they carried out their studies. Instead, they must request their transcript from the place to which they transferred it.

  • When the subject has been passed via credit recognition, the Personal Academic Transcript for Internships cannot be issued.

                            

 

Resolution

Who

The Support Office of the Dean/Director of the faculty/school issues the transcript and the secretary signs it.

When

Fifteen working days, approximately, from the date on which the request and corresponding fee payment are received.

How

The secretariat of the Dean's Support Office/Management of the Faculty/School sends the transcript to the student's URV email address and/or personal email address.

The student will be informed if the request is rejected.

                                                                                                                  

If there are any differences between translations, the Catalan version prevails.
