Documentation for new students - Bachelor's degrees

Implementation course 2024-25

  HOW SHOULD I PRESENT IT?
DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY ALL STUDENTS:

Identity document:

  • students with Spanish nationality: there is no need to present your DNI, ad the URV will check with the corresponding administration.

 
  • foreign students: Original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of your passport or NIE, which must not have expired.

Present by email. In person when you are asked by the secretariat of your Faculty/School/Campus.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS:

With transcript transfer: receipt demonstrating payment of fees for transfer of academic transcript university of origin.

With a distinction in the higher training cycle (CFGS) and an average grade of 9 or above: original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of grades where the average grade of the training cycle is stated and/or accrediting documentation.

With a special prize in upper secondary education or in the higher training cycle (CFGS): original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of the accrediting documentation.

With a distinction in upper secondary education and an average grade of 9 or above issued outside Catalonia: original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of grades where the average grade of upper secondary education is stated and/or accrediting documentation.

With large family certificate issued outside Catalonia: original and photocopy or just attested photocopy* of the large family certificate.

Victims of terrorist attacks, victims of gender violence perpetrated by a partner, or people with a level of disability equal to or greater than 33% (from outside Catalonia): original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of accrediting documentation.

Beneficiaries of the basic minimum income loan: original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of accrediting documentation.

Female students who are victims of gender violence not perpetrated by a partner: original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy* of the accreditation for female students who are victims of gender violence not perpetrated by a partner (PVM) issued by AGAUR.

Present by email. In person when you are asked by the secretariat of your Faculty/School/Campus.

OTHER DOCUMENTATION:
 

In certain situations the secretary's office may require students to provide documentation demonstrating that they have completed the courses that enable them to access the university or documentation that shows that they are eligible for an exemption from fees (e.g. victims of terrorist acts, victims of gender violence in the context of a couple, disabilities, etc.)

*It will not be necessary to photocopy or attested photocopy if the student sends documentation in electronic format as long as the integrity of the document can be validated by means of CSV or equivalent.
REMEMBER THAT:
  • The deadline for presenting documentation is 20/12/2024 (article 8 of the regulations governing registration for bachelor’s and master’s degrees). Students who do not comply with this deadline may lose the rights associated with their registration.
  • Students who do not present the required documentation within the specified period will have their registration temporarily suspended in accordance with the regulations governing registration for bachelor's and master's degrees.
  • Foreign students who have to carry out any financial transaction (e.g. apply for a grant) must have and present Spanish Foreign Resident Card (NIE). This card will be their identity document during their time at the URV.
  • The presentations of attested copies is governed by articles 8 and 9 of the regulations governing registration for bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
  • Students applying for exemptions from registration fees must in compliance with the necessary conditions for these exemptions at the beginning of academic activity (9 September 2024) and they must accredit these conditions with the period established in article 8 of the regulations governing registration for bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
