Bridging courses
Information for the 2024-25 academic year
Admission to some doctoral programmes may include the requirement for specific bridging courses as specified in the description of the doctoral programme.
When evaluating the transcripts of the candidates admitted, the academic committee of programmes that include bridging courses must decide which subjects they need to register for, take and pass.
Subjects regarded as bridging courses have the status of master-level training for the purposes of public prices and application for scholarships and grants.
Theses subjects are not counted when ensuring compliance with the stipulated limit of the duration of studies.
The courses must be satisfactorily completed during the initial stages of the thesis at the latest by the end of the first academic year.
