University Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Legal Representation - 3rd edition
Admission
You must hold a Spanish law degree or a foreign law degree officially recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Justice to be admitted on the University Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Legal Representation (in accordance with article 3 Regulation of Law 34/2006 of 30 October on admission to legal practice approved by Royal Decree 64/2023 of 8 February).
Specific documentation
In addition to the required general documentation, with the pre-registration optionally you can also submit:
- Proof of complementary legal studies or university master's degrees.
- Proof of complementary training related to the content of the master's degree, including courses, seminars and other types of training.
Selection criteria
Pre-registered applicants who meet the entry requirements are selected based on the following criteria:
- Assessment of the academic transcript of the degree submitted as entrance requirement: up to 50 points.
- Complementary training (courses, seminars or other training activities, supported by documentation) related to the content of the master's degree: up to 25 points.
- Professional legal experience (supported by documentation): up to 25 points.
If there are more places than applicants, students meeting the entry requirements may be admitted without being ranked on merit.
