A menudo son estancias dedicadas a la formación lingüística pero también podéis encontrar otras temáticas.

International Student Seminar for Global Citizenship and Peace 2024 is now accepting students' applications. In collaboration with the INU, the Hiroshima University hosts each summer a Global Citizenship and Peace seminar on a different topic. This year's topic is "Global Peace and Political Justice" and will be held from August 1st -10th, 2024. The deadline for URV students for applying is 7th March through the link here.
SGroup PhD Cup. The training will be focused on rhetoric skills and communicating research results with wide audiences. The competition is based on the 3-Minutes Thesis pitch model. After a 1st selection round, the top 5 PhD students will be invited by their home Universities to travel to Paris-Cergy, France, to present their 3 minute pitch to the General Assembly representatives. The 2nd round of the selection process will happen in Paris-Cergy and the PhD Student that will win this last stage of the competition will be granted one PhD Mobility Grant of up to 1.000€ to carry out research abroad, in an institution of his/her choice. Litoral Institute of Advanced Studies scholarships are now available for research stays to be completed during the academic year 2024. This call for project proposals is aimed to foreign researchers from all areas of science who have an interdisciplinary perspective.The research proposal topic in 2024 will be A Shared Future: The Comprehensive and Global View of Health (Human Health, Environment and Zoonoses). Justus Liegbig Universitat (JLU) Giessen (Germany) - International Summer Course. Held from 29 August to 27 September, 2024. It offers 4 weeks of instruction in the German language, with a focus on basic grammar, cultural background, text production and communicative skills. The International Summer Course also organises trips to diverse places all over Germany as well as interactive workshops. At the end of the Summer Course, participants receive a certificate indicating the number of ECTS points (4) obtained. Application deadline is July 15, 2024. More information on their website.
Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (South Korea) - Summer School in Seoul, Korea. Dive into the Korean language and culture and earn up to 10 ECTS in the span of one month from July 11th to August 9th . The study fields are Anthropology & Cultural studies, Asian Studies and International Business and it includes lectures, Assignments and field trips. The deadline for applying is May 30th. Universidad Diego Portales (Chile) - Astronomy and Solar Energy. Observe and learn about the sky by day and night. This three week immersion program will take place from 22nd of July until 9th of August 2024. No specific disciplinary knowledge is needed. Michigan State University (USA) - VIPP Summer School 2024. Held from July 22 to August 10, 2024, the school allows you to choose between three programs: AI in Today's World, Creative Entrepreneurship, and Modern Packaging. Deadline for applying is June 16. Apply here. More information here.
Université Côte d'Azur (France) - International Summer University of Nice. It consists of 3 two-week sessions of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses (From 1 to 12 July, from 15 to 26 July and from 19 to 30 August, 2024); and also 2 two-week sessions of English and Russian (from 1 to 12 July and from 15 to 26 July, 2024). You can enrol for one or more sessions. Cultural and sporting activities will be organised in the afternoons and at weekends. Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) - "Vulnerable populations in healthcare". The Laboratory for the Research of Medical Law and Bioethics of the AUTh announces their 9th International Summer School with an hybrid format. It will take place between the 30th June and the 5th of July 2024 and it may be joined by jurists, health professionals and students of all levels (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral ones). Held from August 1st-16th, it will allow students from all over the world and within a variety of fields of studies to have the opportunity to expand their skills in Managing International Projects, Intercultural Communication and Group Work, as well as in German Language. Toulouse Capitole University (France) - Summer School in Artificial Intelligence & Quantitative Methods for Empirical Legal Research. Taking place from June 10-18, 2024, the programme provides accessible training in empirical legal research methods. University of Edinburg (Scotland) - Summer school 2024. The University of Edinburgh is offering two or four week credit bearing courses for undergraduate students. More information here and here.
Bordeaux Summer Schools (France). Taking place throughout June and July 2024, the programme offers a range of high-quality, international summer schools for graduate and doctoral students as well as young researchers. Topics cover a variety of disciplines, ranging from African studies to cardiology to advanced materials to gender equality to neuroscience and more! Application deadline is March 31st.
Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina) - UNL's International Winter School. An intensive training program that addresses "A local agenda for sustainable development" with a critical vision of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Entirely taught in Spanish, the School will be delivered in two parts/modalities: from June 24th to July 5th virtually and from July 22nd to August 2nd, the face-to-face classes will take place at UNL, Santa Fe, Argentina. International Student Week in Belgrade (Serbia). The festival will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from the 2nd to the 10th of August. This year's theme is Creativity and initiative under the slogan "Find the spark, leave your mark". We are celebrating our 17th anniversary and we have prepared 8 workshops in various fields for students and recent postgraduates from all around the world, who will be dealing with burning issues of today's society using different methods such as marketing, graphic design, start-up bootcamp, dance, musical and many more. INSA Toulouse engineer school and NanoX graduate school of research (France) - MINATO 2024. The 1st International Summer School on Micro and Nano-fabrication tools for innovating applied electronics and fundamental research will be held from June 24th to July 19th, 2024. It is aimed at students wishing to acquire initial training and skills in the field of micro and nanotechnologies, and discovering the so-called "French art the vivre" in the south of France. The SCOPE (Romania) - Summer School on Violence and Injury Prevention. The Summer school is taking place in Cluj-Napoca Romania on 17-22 June 2024 and will focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of public health intervention programs highlighting violence and injury prevention and control. Université de Lorraine (France) - French Horizons Bootcamp Nancy: the Next Smart City. The UL is offering a bootcamp open to all students from a partner university. It's a two-week (June 16th-June 29th, 2024) program in English, combining an educational program with cultural activities and discoveries of the region and Paris. The price of €1,500 includes everything (tuition, accommodation, meals - including in fine restaurants to discover French gastronomy - and activities) except transportation to Nancy. University of Tokaj (Hungary) – Tokaj Summer University. The 2nd Summer University will be hosted in Sárospatak (Hungary, Tokaj Wine Region) from 7th to 21st of July 2024. The summer university programme planned by the University of Tokaj aims to present and promote the vine- and viticulture of the World Heritage Site. The deadline for applying is June 8th. This two-week Summer School, held from June 17th to June 29th, 2024, brings together academic courses scheduled in the morning and cultural activities in the afternoon, with a focus on Europe and a hint of "French touch". University of Pécs (Hungary) - It offers 4 different Summer Schools: European Studies Summer School (July 7-20) now with an opportunity for SCHOLARSHIP!*, Leadership Skills Summer School (July 7-20), Combined European Studies and Leadership Skills program (July 3 - Agust 1) and International Human Rights Law ans Debate Academy (July 3 - August 1). Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU) (Germany) - Virtual International Programme (VIP). VIP is a permanent offer of JLU's cooperation activities and addresses international students interested in a virtual exchange experience to complement their studies in their home countries. THM University of Applied Sciences (Germany) - Hydrogen Technology & Renewable Fuels and Vechicle Powertrain & Body Engineering Summer School. Designed for undergraduate students in the field of Mechanical Engineering & Energy Technology who are interested in the topics. During the two interactive courses, held from July 25th to August 18th, 2024, students will experience close contact to German students and companies as well as experts in the field. There will also be a German Language Crash Course and cultural immersion, such as fieldtrips to a variety of regional cities and a fun social programme. Each summer between July and September, the HZDR offers the possibility to join our research groups and participate in their activities. Vytatuas Magnus University (Lithuania) - Lithuanian Language and Cultural Summer Course. Students and academic staff are invited to attend this course from July 6th to August 4th. During 4 weeks participants will study one Lithuanian language level, attend sociocultural lectures related to Lithuanian studies, go on several fieldtrips and visit a significant number of cultural attractions. State University of Londrina (UEL) - Introduction to Design Thinking Course. This tuition-free course held on April 16th-25th via Google Meet aims to provide a better understanding of how design can contribute to the development of innovation and the mental model of design thinking, as well as introduce Design Thinking to increase the student's ability to innovate within organizations. Global Citizenship and Sustainable Futures; Learning for Change - This INU programme is looking for Students with good English and ambition from all around the world. The URV will select 10 students willing to participate. If you want to join this international programme, you would need to be available to attend 3 core sessions, as well as their 3 electives, during a year.
