Procedure after finishing online registration
Implementation course 2024-25
When you finish the online registration process, you should:
Print the receipt
You are advised to print or keep a copy of the registration receipt.
If you cannot print from the place where you have registered, you have a copy of the receipt at "My payments".
Check the registration data
The receipt contains information about the subjects and groups you have registered for. Check it carefully and make sure there are no mistakes.
The receipt includes the exact amount to be paid and, if you have chosen to pay by direct debit, also the bank account number where the fees will be debited.
If you want to make any changes to the registration, you can do so by accessing Registration changes.
Material
The URV gives all registered students a folder.
Each faculty/school will provide information on how these will be distributed.
Written proof of exemption of registration fees
If when you registered there was no record in the system that you were entitled to a fee exemption, but you can now demonstrate that you are, you must present proof of this exemption to the secretary's office of your centre/campus within the time limit established by the regulations for registration for Bachelor's and Master's degrees so that the exemption can be applied, and your registration can be regularised.
Types of exemptions:
- Large family, victims of terrorist acts, victims of gender violence, disability of at least 33%, recipients of the minimum subsistence allowance and recipients of distinctions or extraordinary awards for baccalaureate or vocational training courses.
