Sorry, but either Chime is not installed in your browser, or you are not using a sufficiently recent version of Chime. Protein Explorer works only with Chime version 2 or later. Please download Chime 2, install it, and try again.
If you have already installed Chime version 2, the installation process was not successful.

To check this, click on Netscape's Help menu, and select About Plugins. If Chemscape Chime 2 is not listed, it has not been installed in this browser.
After installing Chime, you must close all Netscape windows and restart Netscape in order for it to be able to use Chime.
The most common reason for unsuccessful installation: During installation of Chime, the installer asks you to select the plugins directory/folder for your browser. If you select the wrong one (a different version of the browser, a different browser, or a different application which happens to have a plugins folder), Chime is put in the wrong place and is not accessible to this browser.
