• For PE from the RCSB: These examples use a target window, which is necessary only when starting PE version 1.0 from an RCSB server. Once the new version 1.4-Beta or later of PE is installed on the RCSB servers, a target should not be used. Use of a target with PE 1.4 or later defeats its ability to run multiple PE windows concurrently.
