The QuickViews menus were used (1.) to select Chain L, (2.) to display the selected chain as Spacefilling atoms, and (3.) to color the atoms with the Polarity3 color scheme (3 colors, see color key at middle right). The resulting image nicely shows the packing of hydrophobic residues in the cores of these immunoglobulin domains.
