I-Global: Visitors

Important Notice

We would like to inform you that I-Global cards cannot be processed from December 16, 2024, to January 6, 2025.
Please take this information into account when planning any actions related to the I-Global Visitor Program. Thank you for your understanding.

ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To apply for admission as an I-Global Visitor at the URV, you must follow these steps:

A - ADMISSION FORM
Send an email to the department at the URV where you plan to carry out your stay (see URV department contacts), attaching the Admission Form and the following scanned documents: CV, passport, a photograph, and insurance policy certificate.
The department director will assess your application and may accept or reject it. This decision will be confirmed with a signature in the last section of the admission form.

B - ONLINE REGISTRATION
The URV department will notify you of the admission decision via email. If admitted, the visitor must register in the URV Online Registration system, selecting the option "I-Global-Visitor" in the mobility type field. The following documents must be prepared and scanned to complete the registration successfully:
• Completed and signed Admission Application by all parties.
• CV
• Passport
• A photograph
• Insurance policy certificate (Info ERGO Insurance)
• Proof of payment for the URV card (if applicable).

Upon arrival at the URV on the agreed date, you will meet with the department person who will act as your tutor during your stay.
