Resolution of 14 of September, 2010, from the Vice-Rector for Research and Relations with Health Institutions and president of the delegated Research and Transfer Committee, to open a new period for presenting applications for 10 predoctoral URV grants funded by the R+D+I projects as part of the competition 2010BRDI/06

By the resolution dated 4 May 2010, the Vice-Rector for Research and Relations with Health Institutions and president of the delegated Research and Transfer Committee opens the competition for applications for predoctoral URV grants funded by R+D+I projects.

Given that 10 of the research grants were not awarded, and in the interest of the researchers in charge of the research grants, this Research and Transfer Committee agrees:

To reopen the competition for these research grants under the conditions that are indicated in annex 1 .

An administrative appeal can be filed against this resolution (which terminates the administrative proceedings) to the Administrative Court in Tarragona, within two months, counting from the day after receiving notification, as can an optional appeal to the rector within one month of the day after receiving notification, in accordance with article 117 of Law 30/92.
