Settings Manual

I don't have 2FA enabled and I have to configure some method / I have 2FA enabled and I want to configure some other method

If you have received an email telling you that 2FA will soon be activated in your account, or you already have it activated and you want to configure some other method:

  • Configure Ms Authenticator (mobile app). Manual / Vídeo          
  • Set up a phone. Manual / Video
  • Configure 2fast on windows. Manual / Video
  • Configure KeePassXC on MacOS. (Manual)

I'm a new user and I have 2FA enabled, but I have no method defined.

If you are a new user at the University, once you enter Office365, after setting your credentials, if you do not have any method defined, you will be asked to configure one of the following methods:

  • Configure Ms. Authenticator (mobile app). Manual (see page 6) / Vídeo (minute 0:57)
  • Set up a phone. Manual (see page 6) / Vídeo (minute 0:54)
  • Configure 2fast on windows. Manual (see page 6) / Video (minute 1:36)
  • Configure KeePassXC on MacOS. Manual (see page 6)
