How to activate a new bilateral SICUE agreement
1. Bilateral SICUE agreement promoted by a member of the academic and research staff of the URV:
- The developer of the agreement previously contacts the partner university to negotiate the mobility offer included in the agreement.
- Once the process of agreement negotiation with the partner university is final, the developer must inform the mobility coordinators included in the agreement.
- The mobility coordinators e-mail the I-Center (mou(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat) to request the signature of the new agreement, indicating the mobility offer included in the agreement.
- The I-Center drafts the agreement and processes the signature of the Vice-rector for Internationalisation.
- Once it has been signed by the URV, the I-Center processes the signature of the partner university and activates the mobility offer on the database.
2. Bilateral SICUE agreement proposal received at the I-Center from a Spanish university:
- The I-Center contacts the mobility coordinators of the fields of study included in the agreement to request confirmation.
- In the case of a favourable response, the I-Center drafts the agreement and processes the signature.
